My particular outlook and empathetic leadership style has evolved over 20 years in hospitality and learning from some of its greatest leaders.
I have worked with some of the most influential industry shapers, from Jeremy King, Chris Corbin and Nick Jones to Graydon Carter, Richard Caring and Mark Hix.
I started out washing dishes and peeling potatoes in a neighborhood restaurant and ended up opening and running landmark restaurants in London, New York and Los Angeles.
